It really helps stabilize me when I'm doing yoga or strength training. I love the Wii Fit with the yoga mat.
Just look for it in the box carefully or you might throw it out by mistake. I like the strap to wrap around it when storing it. The green color is very nice, too. Well, I never did yoga until WiiFit so I never had a yoga mat before, but this one seems to be a good one. It's comfortable when doing the floor yoga position-thingies as the padding is quite sufficient.
